OGA WA YaCHT REGISTER
This register is of boats owned by current members of OGA WA. It includes a few boats not hoisting a spar that take part in OGA afloat activities. A separate register will be prepared for boats associated with former OGA members, boats formerly associated with OGA members, or boats otherwise of a type and character of interest.
On this page the boats are listed in alphabetical order, with brief description. Just scroll down to see the entries for all the boats. Full particulars of each boat are on a separate page - click DETAILS. Where particulars of boat's histories, interesting articles etc are available, these are shown on separate pages, accessed from the boat's DETAILS page.
Further particulars on boat histories etc will be welcomed by the OG Boat Registrar (Link required here); also particulars of other boats regarded as worthy of inclusion into the supplementary register (see above).
Duplicated names (currently RIPPLE) are used in this Register. Photos should clear any ambiguities here.
For many boats of current design/construction, substantial information is available on the designer/builder website - well worth looking up for those having a particular interest. They often include photos, small scale arrangements, sail plans, and alternative rigs. Where such website information is available, only leading dimensions, etc have been copied to this website.
Dimensions are in feet or metres, usually dependent on the source.
Current and previous sail numbers are listed. Where a boat on the Register has alternative rigs (differing masts/positions), these are recorded, with photos if available. These will assist in vessel identification in photos.
